JeanRichard launches a new luxury watch Aquascope in a limited edition of 160 pieces dedicated to the BNY Mellon Boat Race.
The historic rowing race BNY Mellon Boat Race, which takes place annually on the River Thames between Oxford University and Cambridge, has been the source of inspiration for the new luxury watch JeanRichard Aquascope.
The house is Swiss timekeeper of the event, which is in line with the values of the brand, as it is based on team spirit and commitment enthusiast, a reflection of its philosophy of life.
Even if the race will be held on April 6, 2014, its preliminary stages which JeanRichard has participated as official timekeeper will appear in arranged form. The partnership, launched under the auspices of the collection Aquascope, has inspired an exclusive new model that incorporates the traditional colors of the race, with hardware and double indexes at 12 o’clock in two shades of blue corresponding to the two teams which include blue and dark blue for Oxford Cambridge, blue rubber strap from the surface to narrow rib and second hand surmounted by an arrow depicting the logo of the race.
The Aquascope model Boat Race is available now at authorized outlets JeanRichard is equipped with self-winding movement. This is an article in a limited series of 160 pieces, in honor of the 160th race BNY Mellon in 2014.
The Swiss brand, which preserves the legacy of a well-known watchmaker of the seventeenth century, is now actively involved in a recovery phase, with collections devoted to explorers and refined globetrotters.
